MEET STEPHANIE
Stephanie is a dual-licensed NY & NJ esthetician with over a decade of experience spanning advanced skincare, beauty, and medical aesthetics. A graduate of the Aveda Institute Soho, she launched her career in New York working with models and high-profile clients before training under renowned celebrity facialist Ling Chan and building deep expertise within leading medical-aesthetic practices across NYC and NJ.
Her meticulous technique and results-driven philosophy are shaped by exposure to the industry's most advanced technologies and protocols — delivering elevated, personalized treatments designed for long-term skin health.

Dr. Jonathan Martinez serves as Medical Director at Plush, bringing a background in internal medicine, clinical practice at Jefferson Health, and advanced training from The Brooklyn Hospital Center. His approach is rooted in precision, safety, and exceptional patient care — ensuring every treatment at Plush is held to the highest clinical standard.

Rescheduling Policy
At Plush Bespoke Beauty, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment. Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit, prepayment, or limited booking privileges. We understand emergencies happen and appreciate your respect for our providers’ time and schedule.
Client Treatment Policy
Aesthetic treatments require trust, patience, and adherence to professional guidance. While we strive to deliver exceptional care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and we reserve the right to decline future services if we feel a client is not an appropriate fit for our treatment approach or practice environment.
Return Policy
At Plush Bespoke Beauty, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase for store credit or exchange. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned. If you experience a reaction or sensitivity, please contact us within 7 days so we can help find a suitable alternative. Gift cards, memberships, packages, promotional purchases, and sale items are final sale. Our team is always happy to help recommend the best products for your skin and beauty goals.
